Returns & Refund Policy


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To return an item, please, contact us. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The return must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs at this time.


The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) as well as customs charges at destination or other taxes generated at the customs of destination.

After receiving the returned item, we will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee and minus expenses and taxes generated at the customs of destination if occur.

We will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to us.

If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

We can only refund your money to your original payment method and we are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or different payment method. We recommend that you contact your card issuer for help with receiving a refund if your card was replaced. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
