Are the products sold on SmlDetails.com original?

The products sold on SmlDetails.com are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors.

From where does SmlDetails.com ship the products?

All handbags, bags, wallets, sunglasses, and watches are dispatched from Italy. All of our Jewelry is being dispatched from several different locations.

Where is my order?

We promise to ship all orders as quickly as possible and if any order or item will take more than 3-5 days to ship we will contact you as soon as the product(s) is on its way.

The Tracking Number says delivered, but I haven't received my order.

If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company and file a claim for the missing package.

How do discount codes work?

Only ONE discount can be applied at checkout. Add your discount code when you view your cart.

What is the store's cancellation policy?

For all other order cancellations, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once the order request has been processed by our designers and distributors/manufacturers (generally within a couple hours), your order cannot be canceled.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since all of our pieces are handmade to order, processing time may vary. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out.

What currency do we sell in?

For international users, we automatically display prices in your local currency. However, the order will be charged in USD and will be shown during checkout. If your credit card is used for a payment in foreign currency, most banks will allow you to pay. Please check with your bank if they may charge a fee for service.

Do we charge for customs, taxes, VAT or any other extra fee?

We only charge for the purchase price and shipping rate. We do not collect any payment for customs, taxes, VAT, currency conversion rates, or any other fees, and cannot reimburse any extra charges.

Customs: We recommend that you contact your local customs office if you have any doubts or questions about whether or not your item will be permitted into your country.

VAT: We do not charge for Value-Added Tax and cannot cover any changes which your country may add.

Currency Conversion: Although all items are displayed in your country's currency, each transaction is charged under USD currency.
